On-line ordering of repeat medications:
The practice will be introducing a new on-line repeat medication ordering system, more details will be posted on our website in due course.
Please allow 72 hours for repeat prescriptions. Please re-order your items up to 7 days before your you run out.
Please try to use the re-order form attached to your prescription when ordering repeat prescriptions.
For items not on the re-order form, you may have to speak to your usual doctor or make an appointment. The re-order form may be left at reception or posted with a stamped, addressed envelope so we can return your prescriptions. Prescriptions will be ready for collection or posting within 48 hours.
Pharmacy First Scheme
Pharmacies can provide medications for certain conditions without the need to speak to a GP.
The Pharmacy First Scheme is available at most pharmacies. The list of conditions that can be treated by pharmacies who provide the scheme are:
- Acne
- Athletes foot
- Diarrhoea
- Ear Wax
- Groin area infections
- Haemorrhoids
- Head lice
- Mouth Ulcers
- Oral Thrush (from 4 months onward)
- Scabies
- Threadworms
- Vaginal Thrush
- Verrucae
