Important Notice
Practices have received notification from BSO that they have frozen free movement of patients between practices for a period of 3 months, provisionally 31/3/23. This is to help practices deal with winter pressures.
Any patient currently registered with a GP practice in their area should remain with their current practice and should not move to another practice within the same catchment area. Any new patient to the area, or without a current GP practice will be registered with the local practice.
New Registrations
If you wish to join the practice please call into reception. The receptionist will give you registration forms for completion and make you an appointment with the GP. If transferring from another practice, please ensure that you have an adequate supply of medication until your appointment at the surgery.
If you are joining the Practice from outside the UK additional information will be required to complete the registration:
- Visa/Passport
- Photographic ID
- Proof of address (eg tenancy agreement, bank statement)
- Birth Certificate for children
