New system for repeat prescription requests:
From 1st July 2025 all routine acute and repeat prescriptions will need to be collected from your nominated pharmacy at least 72 working hours after you have ordered your prescriptions (this excludes bank holidays, closure afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays).
Our care navigation team will no longer 'check for a script' if you have not left enough time between when you placed your order and when your prescription should be with your chemist.
