A home visit may be requested if your illness or disability is such that you are unable to attend the surgery. Requests for home visits should be made before 10.00am if possible. This allows the doctors to plan their calls efficiently. This can be arranged after a telephone consultation with the GP.
Please be prepared to give some information about your condition to the receptionist to allow the doctor to judge the urgency of your call. Please ensure that you give the correct address and telephone number.
