IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS
Repeat Prescription ordering during the Christmas period:
Please ensure you ordered your repeat precsriptions by Friday 19th December 2025
ahead of the practice Christmas holiday closures.
Repeat prescriptions ordered over the weekend of 21st and 22nd December
and the week beginning Monday 22nd December
will not be ready until we re-open after Christmas on Monday 29th December.
Christmas Holidays:

Wednesday 24th December 2025:
Christmas Eve:

Thursday 25th December: Christmas Day (closed)
Friday 26th December: Boxing Day (closed)
New system for repeat prescription requests:
From 1st July 2025 all routine acute and repeat prescriptions will need to be collected from your nominated pharmacy at least
72 working hours after you have ordered your prescriptions.
(this excludes bank holidays, closure afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays)
Our care navigation team will no longer 'check for a script' if you have not left enough time between when you placed your order and when your prescription should be with your chemist.
